Instacart-Get Grocery Delivery App Reviews

I have been waiting for them to start serving the zip code that I live in for HEB and now they do! I just got an email notification and I could not be happier. Whole Foods just started delivering here as well. Keep up the great work Instacart...you are a Godsend to busy people everywhere. What an excellent idea. I hope your company prospers everywhere that you are!

I really like using Instacart and the service and accuracy are very good compared to other delivery services. They used to have "within the hour" offered more frequently but lately, some of the times are much further out and Ive had to use Amazon Prime Now. It is a little pricey but worth it when they can deliver quickly.

I love how I can get goods delivered from multiple grocers. I also love the fact that it saves me the time of going to the store and back. Especially Costco. I love the fact that I dont need to pay a membership to shop there anymore. -1 star for not being able to have a Start over or clear cart option

Ordering process was great! Ordered my groceries at 7:03 and delivery estimated time was 8:03-9. Decent! Saves me a trip.

Instacart saves me time so I can spend my precious non-working minutes with my kid. Shoppers are generally super communicative and will text you about replacements or adjustments. They also tend to pick nice fruit and produce for you and will take specific directions like "greenish bananas" or "unripe tomato". :) yes there is a fee and tip to bear, but its a lifesaver for me and my familys busy life. Thanks instacart!

I love the service! But there has been an upgrade to the ordering software and I am no longer able to easily browse by department. I really liked that feature. Also, I liked the ease of reviewing each product to note replacements or add comments. This feature is still available, but not as obvious or easy to access.

Everybody knows that one of the hardest things in the world is to get somebody else to go grocery shopping for you. How do you get them to find the EXACT STUFF that you like? Somehow, miraculously, Instacart has figured this nightmare out! The thing that really makes this work well is that you have quick & easy communication with your shopper during the shopping process. Plus, you get to specify within the app how to handle substitutions for each item (if an item is out of stock). Instacart is very smooth, it works great, and there are almost no problems. Every once in a while, there is a very minor problem with the shopper substituting the wrong item, but accuracy for us has been around 98%.
